This agreement for professional services (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 3rd day of August, 2010 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“City”) and ICF Consulting, Services L.L.C. (“Consultant”). City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
