Secondly, to prevent people from wasting the counselor's time and thus preventing us from serving others. Thirdly, in order to accomplish those goals, we endeavor to ensure a few non-payers and 'No Shows' do not run up the cost of providing services which directly impacts all other patients. Fourthly, to satisfy the requirements of the *No Surprises Act of 2022. We thank you ahead of time for your understanding and compliance.
