This Development Agreement (the “Agreement”) is by and between the City of Schertz, a Texas municipal corporation (the “City”), and CVS Pharmacy, Inc., owner and developer of certain hereinafter described property located within the City (the “Developer”), all collectively referred to as “Parties”, and is effective upon the execution of this Agreement by the Developer and the City (the “Effective Date”).
