THIS FIBER AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made this day of , 2022, by and between the City of Waconia, a Minnesota municipal corporation (“City”), and Metro Fibernet, LLC, and its affiliates (collectively “MetroNet”). City and MetroNet are referred to herein, individually, as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
