This proposal sets out objectives, procedures, timeline budget and deliverables necessary to provide support to UNESCO Member States where appropriate with an analysis of critical and current issues in curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment with a focus on STEM education. It takes its direction from the International Bureau of Education (IBE-UNESCO) with the view to identifying and documenting guidelines, frameworks, prototypes and tools for areas of high demand in the teaching, learning and assessment of STEM where Member States have less experience in this area.
