This Amendment is to extend the current agreement with Mr. Carb until June 30, 2017 to ensure the District has consistent legal representation while it conducts the procurement process. Mr. Carb is in agreement with same and will have an opportunity to submit a response to the RFP when it is released. Additionally, if approved, a notarized version of the attached agreement will be presented for the Chair’s signature.
