This fourteen foot Multipurpose Easement is dedicated to the Town of DeBeque for the use of Town approved utilities and public providers as perpetual easements for the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of utilities and appurtenances including, but not limited to, public sidewalks, electric lines, cable TV lines, natural gas pipelines, sanitary sewer lines, storm sewers, water lines, telephone lines, traffic control signs and facilities, street lighting, landscaping, grading, trees, and retaining walls / grade structures.
