In consideration for the acceptance of our application for participation in or presence at the Redwood City Eight and Under Baseball Tournament (“Tournament”), we, (“Releasors”) hereby waive, release, discharge and hold harmless Peninsula Rays Baseball Club, Redwood City Little League, Redwood City Little League Board of Directors, Little League Baseball of America, Redwood City Parks and Recreations department, and their agents, employees, assignees, and successors in interest (“Released Parties”) from any and all liabilities for any and all losses, personal injuries including but not limited to wrongful death, or property damage that may have arisen out of, or in any way is connected or related to our participation or presence at the Tournament, even though that liability may have arisen out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the Released Parties described above. This release does not apply and does not have any effect in the event the above described Released Parties have
