Term: 3 years beginning January 1, 2018 ("the effective date") or the first day of the month in which there is initial gas flow and continuing year to year thereafter unless cancelled by either party giving at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to the end of the initial term or any subsequent anniversary date thereto. The effective date shall thus be the first day of the first of the month in which the Transporting LDC effects delivery of gas to Buyer's facility as a transporter.
