In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Goddard Space Flight Center, located at 8800 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, Maryland 20771 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA GSFC") and The University of Maryland, Baltimore County located at 1000 Hilltop Cir, Baltimore, MD 21250-0000 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "UMBC"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Williams Building, College Park, MD 20742-3281 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "UMCP"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
