This Memorandum of Understanding for Dual Course Credit Partnership Agreement (“MOU”) between Sam Houston State University (“University”) and Huntsville High School (“School”) is effective as of the date of full and final execution below, pursuant to the authority granted in compliance with Texas Education Code §§ 28.009, 29.182, 29.184; and 19 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 4, Subchapter D and Chapter 9, Subchapter H. Individually, University and School are referred to herein as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
