This Tenant Based Rental Assistance contract (the “Contract”) is entered into between the City of North Miami (“Program Administrator”), 13020 NE 6TH AVE PRESTIGE COURTYARD, LLC (“Owner”), and Jacquetta Eberhart (“Tenant”) as of the “Contract Start Date” as such terms are identified in Exhibit A, Project Specific Information, attached to and incorporated within this Contract.
