By signing below, Clark County, hereinafter referred to as the “County,” and Porter Electric Inc., hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor,” agree to the terms of this Contract as well as the Clark County Department of Community Services General Terms and Conditions which are incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as if they were incorporated in full text.
