This memorandum is relative to an Agreement between the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources Wildlife Resources Section Wildlife Diversity Program (DNR), the United States Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service West Virginia Field Office (USFWS) and the United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) for the provision of data, operation and maintenance of the web-based Interagency Coordination Tool (ICT) for the evaluation of potential impacts and protection of species listed under the Endangered Species Act and additional natural heritage resources.
