THIS FUNDING AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into by and among SUMTER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (“Subrecipient”), a local government that meets the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (“SHIP”) Program eligibility requirements, and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION (“Florida Housing”), a public body corporate and politic duly created and existing under the laws of the State of Florida. Upon execution by both parties, this Contract shall become effective as of the date the last party signs (“Effective Date”).
