This Contract is to Certify that in accordance with the authorisation granted under the Binding Authority Contract No. B0775RCB07721 to Risk Assurance Management Limited by Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s, in consideration of the premium specified herein, the said Underwriters are hereby bound, each for his own part and not one for another, their Heirs, Executors and Administrators, to insure in accordance with the Conditions and Definitions contained herein or endorsed hereon. The names and proportions of the Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s are listed on this Binding Authority Contract and will be provided to the Policyholder at the Policyholder’s request.
