This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of July 22, 2002 (the “Effective Date”), between NOW Communications, Inc. (“NOW Communications, Inc.”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Mississippi, with offices at 2000 Newpoint Place, N.W., Suite 900, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30043 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Rhode Island, f/k/a New England Telephone and Telegraph Company, d/b/a Bell Atlantic - Rhode Island (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and NOW Communications, Inc. may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
