This Data Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on behalf of (Client) and authorizes Coolwheels (“Data Collector”) to collect and use certain data and images (the “Data”) from Client’s dealer management system (“DMS”) or third party data provider, as specifically identified herein: a. Client hereby authorizes Data Collector to access Client’s DMS to collect the Data as provided herein and/or the Data from Client’s third-party data providers. Client agrees to cooperate with Data Collector to configure and initiate collection of the Data (including facilitating any distribution of Data from Client’s third-party providers to Data Collector). Client represents that Client has all rights and authorizations required to provide Data Collector with such Data access and permissions (including DMS access) as Data Collector may reasonably require. b.
