The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative with respect to salaries, hours of employment and other conditions of employment for all full-time and regular part-time employees at SodexoMagic School Services, Food Service, Saginaw Public Schools, 550 Millard Street, Saginaw, MI 48607, in the classifications identified in Appendix A. Excluded from the bargaining unit are employees in hourly classifications that were excluded under the Saginaw Public School Board of Education collective bargaining agreement, employees in classifications not identified in Appendix A, managers, confidential and clerical employees, professional employees, active students of the Client or any students employed in connection with a vocational education, co-op or work study program, transportation employees, facilities employees, casual employees, temporary employees, supervisors, and guards as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
