This employment agreement (“AGREEMENT”) is made effective as of December 21, 2023 (“EFFECTIVE DATE”) and is entered into by and between the NORTH COUNTY TRANSIT DISTRICT (“NCTD”), operating pursuant to California Public Utilities Code section 125000, et. seq., and Shawn M. Donaghy (“EMPLOYEE”), an individual. Under this AGREEMENT, NCTD offers, and EMPLOYEE accepts, employment as Chief Executive Officer* (“CEO”) of NCTD. (NCTD and EMPLOYEE are referred to herein individually as “PARTY” and collectively as the “PARTIES.”)
