BOOTH AGREEMENTBooth Agreement • October 20th, 2020
Saturn Barter Company (SBC) agrees to provide, and the undersigned Exhibitor agrees to use, booth space as herein indicated at the “Holiday Shopping Expo”, (location and dates indicated above). Pricing is outlined in the BOOTH OPTIONS listed below. All booth assignments will be granted based on availability and a first-come, first-served basis. Cash and Saturn payment will be processed immediately. Food vendors may have a booth for free if they provide free samples. Samples must be no larger than 2 - 3 oz. and may not contain alcohol or cannabis. By signing this contract Exhibitor agrees with the Holiday Shopping Expo booth terms. Exhibitor agrees to provide all staffing and exhibits for their booth, including booth signage. Exhibitor agrees to setup and dismantle according to SBC
