This Energy Assessment & Solutions Program Participant Agreement (“Agreement”) is an offer by Georgia Power Company (“Georgia Power”), to allow you (“you” or “Participant”) to participate in Georgia Power’s Energy Assessment & Solutions Program (the “Program”), as further described, and in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions contained, herein.
