This Class Action Settlement Agreement and Release of Claims (“Settlement Agreement,” “Settlement” or “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Whitmor Plastic Wire and Cable Corp., Circle W. Enterprises, Inc., and Michael A. Weiss (collectively, “Defendants”), on the one hand, and Plaintiff Christina Bourassa (“Plaintiff”), on behalf of herself and on behalf of the Class Members and Aggrieved Employees (as defined below), on the other hand (together, the “Parties”). This Agreement is intended to fully, finally and forever resolve, discharge and settle the Released Claims, as defined in Section XI.A., upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
