THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT (this “Supplemental Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the day of , 2015 by and between the SIXTH DISTRICT AGRICULTURAL ASSOCIATION, an institution of the State of California (“District”) and LAFC SPORTS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“LAFC”). District and LAFC are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and each a “Party.”
