This Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of the contract ("Principal Agreement") between ISTACK FORUM LIMITED, (“Vendor”) acting on its behalf and as agent of each Vendor Affiliate, and Customer (“Company”) acting on its own behalf and as agent for each Company Affiliate (the “Agreement”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data of Customer, in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws.
