Collectively, these entities are referred to herein as “Agencies” or individually as “Agency.”

The purpose of this MOU is to delineate the responsibilities and specific assignments between each of the signing Agencies in their joint and cooperative actions regarding the continued planning and initial implementation of State Street/Idaho 44 Corridor improvements. This MOU is initiated in January 2011 and concludes December 31, 2016.
