Under this Agreement, the Interconnection Customer, System Operator, and Interconnecting Transmission Owner each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”

ISO New England Inc. (the “ISO”)1 and Braintree Electric Light Department (“BELD”) hereby submit for filing a newly executed non-conforming Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (“Interconnection Agreement”)2 by and between the ISO as System Operator, and BELD as both Interconnection Customer and Interconnecting Transmission Owner, and a notice of cancellation of the existing Large Generator Interconnection Agreement by and between the ISO and BELD, designated as Original Service Agreement No. LGIA- ISONE/BELD-08-01 under Schedule 22 of the ISO OATT (“2008 Interconnection Agreement”). The ISO submits the Interconnection Agreement and notice of cancellation of the 2008 Interconnection Agreement sections of this filing pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act,3 Part 35 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“FERC” or “Commission”)
