This Intergovernmental Agreement (“IGA”) is made this day of February, 2020, between the Grand County Housing Authority (“GCHA”) and the Clear Creek County Housing Authority (“CCCCHA”). Clear Creek County Housing Authority and Grand County Housing Authority may collectively be referred to as “Authorities.”
