This Agreement refers to the subcontract agreement between «Organization_Name» (“Subcontractor”) and California Community Foundation (“CCF”) in support of the California Jobs First Fund (“CJF”). CCF has been awarded the contract from the State of California Economic Development Department (“EDD”) as the Los Angeles County fiscal agent. The Economic Development Corporation of Los Angeles County (“LAEDC”) is serving as the Regional Convener.
