The terms and conditions of this Contract shall apply to any Order for Goods issued by the Customer to the Supplier during the term of this Contract, whether or not this Contract or its terms and conditions are expressly referenced in the Order, unless the parties expressly agree in writing that the conditions of this Contract shall not apply to a specific Order. In the event of a conflict between the pre-printed terms provided in any Order and the terms of this Contract, the terms of this Contract shall prevail. All inconsistent or additional terms or conditions in any Supplier acknowledgement, packaging, invoice or other sales forms are expressly objected to and rejected by the Customer and shall not be applicable to any Orders issued under this Contract.
