THIS SUBSCRIPTION LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) between Xosphere, Inc. (“Xosphere”), a Delaware corporation and (“Customer”) is effective as of , 20 (“Effective Date”) and governs the terms under which Xosphere provides software (“Software”) to Customer. Each Order Form (“Order Form”) executed by the parties and appended hereto will become incorporated by reference as of its effective date.
