This amendment shall supersede and replace the original Agreement. With the exception of this change, all other terms and conditions remain the same except that where such terms and conditions are less favorable than those contained in the 2014 WGA Theatrical and Television Basic Agreement (“2014 MBA”), the terms of the 2014 MBA will prevail. The Agreement shall be otherwise confirmed except as amended.
