Institution of Education “Baranovichi State University” (Baranovichi, Republic of Belarus) represented by the Rector, Professor Vasiliy Kochurko, acting on the basis of the Charter, on the one hand, and Technical University of Košice (Košice, Slovak Republic), represented by the Rector, Professor Stanislav Kmeť, acting on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Slovak Republic, on the other hand, collectively referred to as “Universities”, with the purpose of developing bilateral cooperation in scientific research, academic, educational, public and cultural activities, hereby have concluded this agreement on the following:
