This Agreement is entered into by and between the City of Los Angeles, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “City”), acting by and through its Board of Library Commissioners (hereinafter “Board” or "Library"), and NAME OF ORGANIZATION (hereinafter "Contractor").
