Canton Avenue, Suite 102, Winter Park 32789, the contract purchaser of the property (“Developer”), and INDIGO DEVELOPMENT LLC, a Florida limited liability company, located at 1140 N. Williamson Boulevard, Suite 140, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, the record title property owner (“Owner”) constitutes the First Amendment to the Planned District Agreement for the Clyde Morris Industrial Planned District.
