Notify the college VA Office of any change of status (adds, drops or withdrawal from college within 5 school days. ) 2). Enroll only in classes designated on your Educational Plan (which you must have before enrolling for your third semester). 3). Maintain at least 2.0 grade point average per semester. One semester below 2.0 means probation, two consecutive semesters below 2.0 means DISQUALIFICATION from the VA program. 4). Complete this form each semester as soon as you have registered in your next semester's classes.
