PROGRAMME PRODUCTION AGREEMENT BETWEENProgramme Production Agreement • November 20th, 2020
(“the General Terms”); and the Schedules to this Agreement. In the event that a new version of the General Terms for the Production of Radio Programmes by Independent Radio producers is instituted following agreement between BBC and AudioUK (formerly known as the Radio Independents Group) for new Terms of Trade (in which respect negotiations are currently on going), then such new General Terms shall be substituted for the BBC’s General Terms for the Production of World Service Radio Programmes by Independent Producers (2011) in this Agreement.
