This Software End User License Agreement (“License Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Lutron Electronics Company, Inc. (“Lutron”) for the Lutron software supplied with the HomeWorks Interactive lighting control system, which includes computer software and may include associated media, print materials, and on-line or electronic documentation (“Software”).
