This Master Subscription Agreement is between Zeconomy Inc. (“Zeconomy”) and of (“Customer”) that has executed this Master Subscription Agreement, dated [ ], 2021 and a Subscriber Form (as defined below), incorporated as a part hereof and attached hereto as Exhibit A, and Customer Payment Obligations attached hereto as Exhibit B, dated as of the date when such Subscriber Form is fully executed (the “Effective Date”).
