This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on (the “Effective Date”) by and between The City of Bel Aire KS, a Municipal Corporation, having its main office at 7651 E. Central Park Avenue, Bel Aire KS, 97226 (“Client”) and InfoSend, Inc., a California Corporation, having its main office at 4240 E. La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, California 92807 (“InfoSend”). Client and InfoSend are collectively referred to herein as the “parties” and individually as a “party.”
