This Software License and Services Agreement (“SLSA”) is entered into by and between BenTek, Inc., a Florida corporation, located at 11505 Fairchild Gardens Avenue, Suite 103, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33444 (hereinafter referred to as “BenTek”) and Nueces County, Texas (hereinafter referred to as “Client”). This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which BenTek will provide specified services and license to the BenTek Open Enrollment and Benefits Administration system for the undersigned Client.
