In the spirit of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act, the General Services Administration (GSA) and ABSG Consulting Inc. (and all its Contractor Team Arrangement (CTA) members) hereby agree to enter into a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Performance Management/Continuous Process Improvement (PM/CPI) Services as detailed in this agreement. As shown in the BPA discount table below, each CTA member has a unique BPA number for Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) recording purposes. This does not constitute a standalone BPA with each member, as each member is part of one CTA BPA lead by ABSG Consulting Inc.
