The current domain owner identified above (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) desires to sell all rights, title, and interest in domain names specified below to the buyer identified above (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”), and the Buyer desires to acquire the same rights, title, and interest in such domain names from the Seller. Therefore, it is agreed between the parties as follows:
