This Ninth Amendment dated July 1, 2023 (“Ninth Amendment”), is made to that certain Lease Agreement dated May 23, 2012 (“Lease”), between Palo Alto Unified School District, a California public school district (“Landlord”), and Athena Academy (“Tenant”). This Ninth Amendment shall take effect upon execution by both Parties.
