THIS AGREEMENT, is made and entered into in the City of Agoura Hills on this 22nd day of June, 2005, by and between the CITY OF AGOURA HILLS, a municipal corporation, herein after referred to as CITY, and Laidlaw Transit Inc., hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.”
