The terms and conditions detailed herein (“Agreement”) apply to your (“Customer”) purchase from Vitrek, LLC of Vitrek hardware (“Hardware”), licenses to use Vitrek software (“Software”), and Non-Vitrek Branded Products (collectively the “Product(s)"), as well as Vitrek hardware and software services and support ("Services").
