The object of this Contract is the adherence of the PARTNER to the "Permanent Counter Disinformation Program within the Electoral Justice", established by TSE Ordinance No. 510, of August 4th, 2021, and promoted by TSE to fight disinformation related to the Electoral Justice and its members, to the electronic voting system, to the electoral process in its different phases, and to the actors involved in it.
