This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between WatchGuard Video, 415 Century Parkway, Allen, TX 75013 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated April 19, 2019 executed under City Executive Order No. 93076, and County Contract C-19-0303, dated April 16, 2019 for Law Enforcement Speed Detection & Video Equipment, HGAC Contract No. EF04-19, MOU050, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
