THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of November, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Summit County (herein called "County"), a body corporate and politic of the State of Utah, whose address is 60 N. Main Street, Coalville, Utah 84017 and the Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District, a special service district of the State of Utah (“SBSRD”), whose address is 5715 Trailside Dr., Park City, Utah 84098. The County and SBSRD each is a “Party” and collectively they are referred to as the “Parties”.
