This educational professional services agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated January 23, 2013, to be ratified on the day of , 2014, and is entered into between TEACH FOR AMERICA, INC. (“Teach For America”), a Connecticut non-profit and Oklahoma City Public School District (“School District”), a political subdivision of the state of Oklahoma (“School District”)(each individually “a Party” and collectively “the Parties”). In accordance with Oklahoma law, the parties must mutually ratify this agreement on or after July 1, 2014.
